Exterior Cleaning
Exterior cleaning is the umbrella over everything we do: the house itself, the windows, the driveway and paths, the gutters and fascias, and the sandstone. Most people book one of those, then look around and realise the rest of the property no longer matches.
Doing it in one visit is cheaper and faster than booking four trades across four weekends, and it avoids the usual problem of a freshly washed house sitting above a driveway that has not been touched in five years.
Different surfaces need genuinely different treatment, and that is the part that gets skipped. Render, cladding and sandstone get soft washing, which is chemistry rather than force, so nothing is stripped or pitted. Concrete, pavers and paths take controlled high pressure. Glass gets purified water so it dries without streaks. Using the wrong one on the wrong surface is how damage happens.
We quote the whole property, tell you what actually needs doing and what does not, and walk the job with you at the end. Anything not right is redone before we leave.

Usually a soft wash of the house itself, high pressure on the driveway, paths and paved areas, the windows done inside and out or exterior only, and the gutters and fascias cleared. You pick what you want. We quote each part separately so you can see what is worth doing and what is not.
No. Plenty of people start with one thing and add the rest later. Doing it in one visit is usually better value because we are already set up on site, but there is no obligation to take the lot.
Not on most of it, which is why we do not use it there. Render, cladding, painted surfaces and sandstone get soft washed at low pressure so the surface is not damaged. High pressure is for concrete, pavers and paths where the surface can take it.
A single-storey home with a driveway and windows is usually a day. A large double-storey property with sandstone and gutters can run into a second day. We tell you which before you book, not on the morning.

Booked them for a full exterior clean including pressure washing the driveway and back patio, a soft wash on the rendered walls, and windows done throughout.
