Pristine Standard Exterior Cleaning Services is a local, family-run business serving the whole Northern Beaches and lower North Shore from Balgowlah / Frenchs Forest. We pressure clean, soft wash and clean windows for homes, businesses and strata buildings, and we are 5.0 rated on Google.
We are deliberately small and hands-on. We work in small teams you will see again, so the person who quotes your work is on the team that turns up and does it. There is no call centre, no rotating roster of subbies, and no one cutting corners on a job they will never see again.
The owner has been cleaning exteriors across the Northern Beaches since 2024, first learning the trade properly with an established local cleaning company, then founding Pristine Standard in 2026 to run a more careful, more honest version of it.
Before exterior cleaning, the owner studied Economics and Applied Finance at Macquarie University and worked in sales and trading at an investment bank. After leaving finance, he was asked to run sales for an exterior cleaning company, got hands-on with the work, and realised he could do it to a higher standard himself. That background is why the business is run the way it is: straight answers, careful work, transparent pricing, and no pressure.
Exterior cleaning goes wrong when the same high pressure gets used on every surface. Render, sandstone, painted cladding and old brickwork can all be damaged by a careless gurney. So before we start, we assess each surface and match the method to it: high pressure for hard surfaces like concrete and driveways, low-pressure soft washing for delicate surfaces like render and cladding.
We are exterior cleaning specialists: pressure cleaning, soft washing, house washing, driveway, concrete, paver, patio, path, brick and sandstone cleaning, pool surrounds, window cleaning, and commercial and strata work.
To keep that focus, there are jobs we deliberately do not take on. We do not offer roof cleaning, solar panel cleaning, painting or graffiti removal. If you need one of those, we are happy to point you toward someone who does.
At the end of every job we walk around the property with you and re-do anything that is not right. If you notice something after we have left, we come back. We will not tell you a surface is perfect when it is not, and if a stain has soaked in too deep to fully remove, we say so before we start rather than after.

Couldn't be happier with the work done at our home in Frenchs Forest. Booked them for a full exterior clean including pressure washing the driveway and back patio, a soft wash on the rendered walls, and windows done throughout. The difference is night and day: the driveway looks brand new and the glass is spotless. Professional, takes real pride in the job, and the price was exactly what was quoted.
Our property has plenty of mature trees surrounding the house, porch and patio, so the gutters collect a significant amount of leaf litter. Nick arrived exactly at the agreed time, was professional and friendly throughout, and took before and after photos so we could clearly see the work completed. Their pricing was very competitive and we will definitely be using Pristine Standard again.
