Terms of Service

These terms apply to the exterior cleaning services provided by Pristine Standard Exterior Cleaning Services (ABN 27 130 926 143) ("we", "us", "our") across Sydney's Northern Beaches. By requesting a quote or engaging us to carry out work, you agree to these terms.
Our services
We provide exterior cleaning services including house washing, soft washing, driveway and concrete cleaning, window cleaning and related work. We do not provide roof cleaning, solar panel cleaning, painting, sealing or graffiti removal.
Quotes and pricing
Every job is quoted individually. We provide a free, no-obligation quote based on the work required, the surfaces involved and access to the site. A quote is valid for a reasonable period and may be revised if the scope of work, site conditions or access differ from what was described to us.
Bookings
Once you accept a quote we will agree on a time to carry out the work. Outdoor cleaning depends on the weather and on site conditions, so occasionally we may need to reschedule. We will give you as much notice as we reasonably can.
Access and your responsibilities
To allow us to do the job safely and well, you agree to:
- Provide safe and clear access to the areas to be cleaned, including access to water and power where needed.
- Move or secure vehicles, pets, furniture and personal items away from the work area beforehand.
- Tell us about anything we should know, such as fragile surfaces, paintwork, plants, leaks, loose fittings or pre-existing damage.
- Close windows and doors before we begin.
Our work and your satisfaction
We take care to use the right method for each surface. At the end of every job we do a walk-around with you and re-do anything that isn't right. If you have a concern after we leave, contact us promptly so we can make it right.
Liability
We are fully insured and take all reasonable care while carrying out your job. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for pre-existing damage, or for damage caused by defects, wear, or conditions we were not made aware of (for example, loose or perished sealant, cracked surfaces, or fittings that were already failing). Nothing in these terms excludes any rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law.
Payment
Payment is due on completion of the work unless we agree otherwise in writing. We will let you know the accepted payment methods when we confirm your booking.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.
