Yes, in almost every case. That black layer is a mix of algae, mould and weathered grime, not the concrete itself changing colour. We pre-treat it so the growth dies at the root, then power wash it away evenly. If any staining has soaked in permanently, we tell you honestly before we start.

Just water. Our machines are petrol powered, so we only need access to a working outside tap. That also means we can clean areas where there is no power point handy, like front fences, kerbs and street-facing walls.

Only heavy rain. A drizzle makes no difference because the surface is wet during cleaning anyway. If a storm or downpour is forecast we will contact you before the day and rebook for the next clear slot, at no cost and with no fuss.
