You do not need to know, that is our call to make. As a rule, hard mineral surfaces like concrete, pavers and stone take pressure, while render, paint and cladding need soft washing. We assess every surface on site and use the right method on each one, so you just show us the property and we sort the how.

Five steps, every time. We wet down the surrounding gardens, pre-treat the growth so it dies at the root, clean each surface with the pressure it suits, rinse everything through, and finish with a walk-around with you. If anything is not right at that walk-around, we re-do it before we leave. No shortcuts, no exceptions.

Yes, and it is the best way to book us. Driveway, paths, patio, walls and pool surround can all be done in a single visit, with each surface getting the method it needs. One combined job is better value than separate bookings, and the whole property lifting at once is where the wow factor comes from.

Most hard surfaces stay looking good for 12 to 18 months, and soft washed surfaces often longer, because the growth is killed rather than just stripped. Shaded areas and anything under trees regrow sooner. When we quote, we tell you a realistic interval for your property rather than a one-size answer.

Move the cars, clear anything loose off the surfaces being cleaned, close the windows and keep pets inside. That is the whole list. We handle pot plants, mats and light furniture ourselves, wet down the gardens before starting, and put everything back where it was when the job is done.
