Yes, and most of our strata clients end up there. A set cycle, quarterly, six-monthly or annual, keeps common areas consistently presentable and spreads the cost predictably across budgets. We track the schedule and turn up when due, so the manager never has to chase it.

Just water. A common-area tap is all we need, and our machines are petrol powered so building electricity is never touched. If tap access is locked or limited, we sort it with the building manager beforehand so there are no delays on the day.

We coordinate with the strata or building manager, who usually issues the notice, and we provide the details: dates, times, which areas are affected and where access is maintained. On the day we sign-post and section off work areas so residents and visitors always have a safe way in and out.

We are fully insured, and we provide our insurance details to strata and building managers as standard for their records. Documentation is never a hurdle. If your plan requires contractors to complete inductions or specific compliance steps, we do that too.

Yes. Plenty of strata jobs are a single slippery stairwell, a mouldy common wall or the bin area before an inspection. Smaller jobs are quoted just as readily as full-complex cleans, and doing a problem area well often leads the committee to schedule the rest later.

We watch the forecast and contact the manager ahead of time if heavy rain threatens the booking. Light rain rarely affects exterior common-area cleaning. If we do need to move, we rebook the next suitable day and re-issue timing details for residents, at no extra cost.
