Who we are

Pristine Standard Exterior Cleaning Services is a local, owner-operated business serving the whole Northern Beaches and lower North Shore from Balgowlah / Frenchs Forest. We pressure clean, soft wash and clean windows for homes, businesses and strata buildings, and we are 5.0 rated on Google.

We are deliberately small and hands-on. We work in a tight two-person team, and the owner is on every single job, so the person who quotes your work is the person who turns up and does it. There is no call centre, no rotating roster of subbies, and no one cutting corners on a job they will never see again.

The story behind Pristine Standard

The owner has been cleaning exteriors across the Northern Beaches since 2024, first learning the trade properly with an established local cleaning company, then founding Pristine Standard in 2026 to run a more careful, more honest version of it.

Before exterior cleaning, the owner studied Economics and Applied Finance at Macquarie University and worked in sales and trading at an investment bank. After leaving finance, he was asked to run sales for an exterior cleaning company, got hands-on with the work, and realised he could do it to a higher standard himself. That background is why the business is run the way it is: straight answers, careful work, transparent pricing, and no pressure.

How we work

Exterior cleaning goes wrong when the same high pressure gets used on every surface. Render, sandstone, painted cladding and old brickwork can all be damaged by a careless gurney. So before we start, we assess each surface and match the method to it: high pressure for hard surfaces like concrete and driveways, low-pressure soft washing for delicate surfaces like render and cladding.

What we focus on, and what we don't

We are exterior cleaning specialists: pressure cleaning, soft washing, house washing, driveway, concrete, paver, patio, path, brick and sandstone cleaning, pool surrounds, window cleaning, and commercial and strata work.

To keep that focus, there are jobs we deliberately do not take on. We do not offer roof cleaning, solar panel cleaning, painting, surface sealing or graffiti removal. If you need one of those, we are happy to point you toward someone who does.

Our guarantee

At the end of every job we walk around the property with you and re-do anything that is not right. If you notice something after we have left, we come back. We will not tell you a surface is perfect when it is not, and if a stain has soaked in too deep to fully remove, we say so before we start rather than after.
